• For Committee Members, each term is 2 years, with a maximum of 2 terms.
• For Committee Chairs, each term is 2 years, with a maximum of 2 terms.
What makes a great committee chair, vice-chair, and member?
- They build a healthy culture that is thoughtful, informed, courteous, and candid.
- They're ready to make recommendations and/or decisions (if the Board has delegated that authority).
- They keep the Board informed on projects and committee developments on a regular basis.
- They consider the executive office staff as partners and trusted advisors.
- They come prepared and on time.
