Kids Nite Out Registration

Children's event during the SVIN Gala

Friday, November 21 | 6:30pm – 9:30pm

Children ages: 6 months – 13 years old

Kids Snacks and Beverages will be provided. Please ensure child eats dinner before drop-off.

Kids Activities will be announced closer to the event, based on total registration.

Age-appropriate toys, interactive sensory and educational toys, fun safe area for the littles ones, diaper changing station, babies and toddlers in a separate room from the older children.

Ages 4 and older, also educational toys, coloring items, arts & crafts, board games, card games, interactive group play, Disney's and other fun books, bead art, Lego's and magnet blocks. Age appropriate Kid's Bop music, and large section of children's DVD's movies and much more for the children's program.

Our adult to child ratio are the following:

Staff will wear Kids Nite Out logo purple and white Polos uniforms. Parents are required to fill out KNO hold-harmless form. We give the parents a security card that matches the child security wrist band. All wrist bands are color coded to indicate ages, allergies, or special needs. The supervisor has an updated first aid kit at the registration desk.

All Employees are Vetted, state, local, and Federal background checks, drug tested, CPR & 1st Certified. All KNO staff have at least 2 years experience working with children and groups.

Kid's Nite Out has been offering professional childcare and group event since 1998, contracting Loew Universal Hotels, Walt Disney World Corporation, Marriott International, Hilton Worldwide, Hilton Hotels & Resort Corp and IHG Hotels & Resorts. KNO is active with many DMC, Access, CSI, Hello Florida, PRA and many more.
