The SVIN 2025 Annual Meeting is a great place to network and reunite with friends and colleagues and make the most of your time in Orlando. We understand the desire to host affiliate meetings during the conference but would like to be mindful of conference hours.

For sponsors booking eight (8) or less rooms, please use our hotel web link to book. If you are needing to pay for all room and tax for the rooms that are booked, please email orlandoccauthorizations@loewshotels.com to request a credit card authorization form.
For sponsors needing to book nine (9) or more rooms and are paying for all rooms with one credit card, please email info@svin.org, with the subject line "Guestroom Sub-Block Request". In your email, please include number of rooms you need each night, name of company, and main contact.
