Keynote Address: Oren Klaff, renowned investment banker, entrepreneur, and best-selling author of Pitch Anything and Flip the Script: Getting People to Think Your Idea is Their Idea will be the keynote speaker at SVINnovation. As an investor and company builder, Oren will share insights on how to present, persuade, and pitch in high-stakes business situations. SVIN Membership: Must be an active SVIN member to apply and in-person conference attendee if selected to pitch.
Intellectual Property (IP) Protection: Must have filed a provisional patent application or possess existing intellectual property rights
Business Plan / Pitch Deck: Must submit a detailed business plan outlining the company's mission, product roadmap, market analysis, and non-formal financial projections
Regulatory Pathway: Must demonstrate a clear understanding of the regulatory pathway for their medical device (e.g., MDR/ CE or FDA approval process)
Team Composition: Must have a qualified and experienced team, including at least one member with expertise in medical device development
Clinical Validation: Must have a plan for clinical validation, including partnerships with medical professionals or institutions or CRO’s
Financial Stability: Must show capability of initial funding or financial stability to support ongoing development and operations

QR Quest: Throughout the conference venue, QR codes await your discovery. Decipher the clue and hunt for the corresponding QR code embedded in featured sessions, exhibitor booths and networking events.
Collaborate and Conquer: Team up with fellow attendees! Share riddles, swap theories, and race against the clock. Who will crack the code first?
Snap and Share: Capture the moment! When you find a QR code, snap a photo or take a video. Share it on social media using #SVIN24. Bragging rights await the fastest detectives!
Unlock Prizes: The more QR codes you scan, the greater your chances of winning. All players who have completed the challenge will be entered into a grand prize raffle. Runner up prizes include exclusive SVIN merchandise and free registration to SVIN 2025.

SVIN and SLICE have collaborated to present brand-new 90-minute SVIN-SLICE Workshops during the SVIN Annual Meeting! Immerse yourself in interactive training tailored to beginner, intermediate, or advanced levels led by top international faculty. Sessions are structured with a ratio of 3 attendees to 1 faculty member, promoting lively discussions on decision-making, treatment strategies, and facilitating extensive networking opportunities.

The Hemorrhagic Workshops feature sessions on intrasaccular approaches, flow diversion strategies, management of peri-operative bleeding, ruptured and unruptured aneurysms and stentectomy.
The Ischemic Workshops feature sessions on pediatric stroke, late time window stroke involving distal occlusion and dissection, complex bilateral carotid occlusions, cervical flow arrest pathology and intracranial atherosclerosis with proximal and distal approaches.
Vascular Sonography Workshop 8:30 am – 10:00 am on Wednesday, November 20
A dynamic workshop designed for participants with and without previous neurosonology skills, with lectures on novel and evidence-based applications of neurosonology in advanced stroke care, and a strong emphasis on hands-on and practical interpretation experience. This course will present image acquisition methods, ultrasound techniques, and clinical applications of transcranial doppler ultrasound in vascular and interventional neurology.

Mobile Stroke Unit Simulation Workshop 12:30 pm – 5:30 pm on Wednesday, November 20
Step aboard a real Mobile Stroke Unit (MSU) and immerse yourself in the high-stakes world of stroke care! In our first-ever MSU Simulation Workshop led by world-renowned MSU specialists, participants will tackle 15-minute standalone stroke simulations. Your team will race against the clock to achieve the shortest “alarm-to-needle” and “alarm-to-access” times. The winning team not only gains bragging rights but also takes home a prize!
