No Return to Warehouse at Close of Show Notification:
All exhibit materials will need to be shipped out direct from show site. If you use a carrier other than the official show carrier and they fail to pick up your shipment at showsite, your shipment will be re-routed to the destination on Bill of Lading.

Warehouse receiving hours are:
Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM; Closed 11:30 AM to 12:00 PM & Holidays.
Please refer to the GES Warehouse Closure Calendar for official closure dates.
*All inbound carriers must check into the warehouse by 2:00 PM to be guaranteed same day unloading. Loading docks become busy and cannot always accommodate late afternoon arrivals due to heavy congestion.

GES will be for furnishing and electrical only. AV needs are to be ordered through Encore (below).
