Meeting Space:

  • When and where do I check in?
    To check in to your guestroom at the hotel, proceed to Hotel Registration. Conference Registration will be located in the Grand Caribbean Ballroom Pre-Function East, located on the Lobby/Grand Caribbean Level. General Session & Meals will in Grand Caribbean Ballroom 6-7. Exhibit Hall will be on the Kingston Level in Kingston Hall.

    Registration hours are as follows:
    • Wednesdsay, November 19 1:30pm - 7:30pm
    • Thursday, November 20 – 6:30am – 8:00pm
    • Friday, November 21 – 6:30am – 5:30pm
    • Saturday, November 22 – 6:30am - 1:30pm

Conference Recording Details:

  • Conference General Sessions will be live streamed and available to virtual attendees, as well as recorded and available post conference.
  • Conference Breakouts will be recorded and available within 24 hours for viewing.
  • Attendees will be able to view these sessions for three weeks for CME credits and will be available for three months post conference. 
  • Link will be shared via email prior to conference, to all registered attendees.

Pre-Conference Activities:

The following events will take place on Wednesday, November 19, prior to the start of the conference.

  • Fellows Course 2pm -4pm - Presentations & Discussions
  • Fellows Course 4pm - 6pm - Hands-On Activity
  • Trainee Reception - Town Hall Making the Match - 6:00pm - 7:30pm

Mobile App instructions will be sent out before the conference. Additional information will be added here when available.

Offsite Events:

All conference activities are onsite at the hotel.

Dress Code:

Conference Attire
Business Casual/Business Smart. Meeting rooms tend to be cool, so bring a sweater or light jacket with you to the meeting space each day. Barring any inclement weather, the Friday Night Gala will be outside.

Step into the vibrant spirit of Old Havana with your most dazzling tropical elegance. Think bold colors, breezy fabrics, and a touch of elegant, vintage Cuban flair. Embrace your flowy dresses in floral or tropical prints, off-the-shoulder silhouettes, ruffles, and bold accessories like statement earrings, flowers in your hair, and strappy heels or espadrilles. Or put on your lightweight linen suit or guayabera shirt paired with dress trousers or tailored shorts. Add a fedora or Panama hat for that perfect Havana touch.   • Self-parking: $33 + tax overnight
  • Valet Parking: $42 + tax overnight or daily

CityWalk Boat Taxi:

Guests staying at Loews Sapphire Falls Resort receive complimentary water taxi transportation (weather permitting) to and from Universal CityWalk, which is within walking distance of Universal Studios Florida and Universal Islands of Adventure. Boats leave every 15-20 minutes from the hotel's boat dock lcoated on the ground floor of Guesthouse 3, past Amatista Cookhouse. Hours of Operation are on ehour prior to early park admission until one our after Universal CityWalk Closes.

Universal Orlando has provided a special ticket site for SVIN attendees. There is a discount on multi-day tickets and an exclusive after 2PM ticket. Pricing is subject to change without notice. All tickets are emailed directly to attendees.

What sessions are included in my registration? What is an additional cost? 

  • Your registration fee includes all conference sessions, Breakfasts & Lunches on Thursday, Friday, & Saturday, & Thursday Welcome Reception.
  • Gala Tickets are additional and should be purchased during your registration. If you need to edit your registration, please email info@svin.org
  • Guest passes are for Friday's Gala only, and do not include attendance to educational sessions.
  • Workshops require additional registration

Wellness Activities:

SVIN Challenge, Saturday, November 22 from 1:30pm - 3:30pm

  • Come join us for a fun summer camp-inspired lawn games on Cayman Court - and bring your families! Teams will rotate through a series of head-to-head challenges that test mental and physical strength, as well as teamwork and strategy. This is an additional $25 ticket for attendee. Guests, which includes family members, are invited for an additional $10 per guest.

Morning Yoga, Friday, November 21, 6:30am-7:30am

  • Healthy minds need a break! Unwind and destress before the SVIN 2025 Annual Meeting continues. Join our instructor for a 60-minute outdoor session of yoga poses, mindful breathing, and meditation, located on Cayman Court.
  • Please select your interest in attending during the registration process.
