Attendee Cancellation: To receive a registration refund, less a $100 processing fee, all cancellations must be received via the online form found at https://www.svin.org/i4a/pages/index.cfm?pageid=3717 by October 1, 2025 11:59 p.m. U.S. Eastern Time. Cancellation requests after the October 1 deadline will be considered on a case-by-case basis. No-shows will not be refunded. Registrations can be transferred to another person within your organization with the same membership status by contacting info@svin.org. Substitutions need to be made by October 21, 2025 and are subject to a $50 substitution fee.
