SVIN Workshops
Enhance your conference experience with optional hands-on workshops.
Workshops are included with your registration — no extra fee. Separate registration is required for each workshop to help us plan for attendance. REGISTER NOW
The Advanced Carotid Ultrasound Course requires a separate fee, independent registration, and completion of prerequisite workshops.
Attendee Cancellation Policy
To receive a registration refund, less a $100 processing fee, all cancellations must be received via the online form found HERE by October 1, 2026 11:59 p.m. U.S. Eastern Time. Cancellation requests after the October 1 deadline will be considered on a case-by-case basis. No-shows will not be refunded.
Substitutions - Registrations can be transferred to another person within your organization with the same membership status by contacting info@svin.org. Substitutions need to be made by October 27, 2026 and are subject to a $50 substitution fee. Please note: Any hotel reservations must be cancelled separately and directly with the hotel.
