Welcome Reception

5:15 - 6:45 p.m. on Wednesday, November 16

Kick off SVIN’s 2022 Annual Meeting with us at the Welcome Reception. Enjoy an assortment of hors d'oeuvres, refreshments, and more while getting to know fellow attendees. We look forward to seeing you there.

The 2022 SVIN Games

7:00 - 8:30 a.m. on Thursday, November 17

Work with your teammates to achieve a common goal - like winning a game of capture the flag, answering pop culture-related trivia games, or solving puzzles. The activities are designed to fit all levels of fitness. We'll play 5-8 games requiring zero to some physical activity. Imagine recess! 

Meditation Session

6:00 - 6:45 a.m. on Friday, November 18

Find your inner peace and gently get your energy flowing with SVIN through this restorative morning TaiChi & Meditation session. If you’d like to take part in this session, we simply ask that you pre-register within your registration process.

S:VIN Journal Gala

8:00 p.m. on Friday, November 18 

The annual gala allows attendees to come together in celebration of our peers’ achievements and the continued advancement of our practice. This is also a great opportunity to network with other professionals, gaining their unique insights. Food and beverages will be available but spots are limited. Please RSVP using within your registration for the Annual Meeting.

Yoga

6:00 - 6:45 a.m. on Saturday, November 19

Healthy hearts need a break! Spend 45 minutes relaxing your stresses away before SVIN’s 2022 Annual Meeting concludes. Allow the instructor to walk you through 45 minutes of yoga poses, breath work, and meditation. Please consider registering in advance within your registration process.
