Claim your Maintenance of Certification (MOC) credits:

In order to obtain MOC credits, the ABPN requires that you take a pre-test & post-test before and after the SVIN Annual Meeting to measure the change in knowledge (not applicable for nursing meeting attendees). 

Please CLICK HERE to take the post-test (required to obtain credit for the meeting).  The ABPN will keep the list of participants that have completed the exams and participated in the conference and will have this information on file in case you are ever audited. 

How to Claim Self-Assessment Credits 
Claiming CME is as easy as 1-2-3:

1. Access the SVIN 2019 Annual Meeting Evaluation by using the following link:  https://akhcme.com/akhcme/pages/svin
2. Complete the evaluation of sessions attended.
3. After you hit submit, an electronic copy will be emailed to you for your records.
