The SVIN 2026 Annual Meeting is a great place to network and reunite with friends and colleagues and make the most of your time in Las Vegas. We understand the desire to host affiliate meetings during the conference but would like to be mindful of conference hours.

The hotel will only approve meetings in these time frames and will provide availability based on your request. Availability is not guaranteed and is up to the hotel’s discretion.

Guestroom Requests:
For sponsors booking (10) or less rooms, please use the hotel web link to book. Payment can be added to those reservations directly.
For sponsors needing to book (11) or more rooms and are paying for all rooms with one credit card, please email kallio@svin.org, with the subject line "Guestroom Sub-Block Request". In your email, please include number of rooms you need each night, name of company, and main contact. Sub-blocks will be subject to availability and approval by SVIN. Once approved, you will be connected with the hotel directly to setup your reservations and payment.
