After filling out an evaluation and claiming CME, a certificate will be e-mailed to you directly. Our CME provider will report your credits to the medical board to ensure you receive credits. Yes, all REGISTERED attendees will be submitted to our CME provider and eligible to claim CME. Attendees will be able to claim CME after the meeting concludes.
All fellows-in-training are highly encouraged to attend the in-person fellows course on Saturday, November 20, 2021.
Attendees that register after November 14, 2021 should allow up to 7 business days for their name to appear when claiming CME.
Attendees who wish to cancel their registration should submit a written request to firstname.lastname@example.org be September 30, 2021. Cancellation requests after this date will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
