How do I register for the meeting?

What is the cost of registration?

What are the dates of the 2021 Virtual Annual Meeting?

The SVIN 2021 Annual Meeting will host (4) dates of live content and live streamed content, which will take place from November 17 – November 20, 2021.

 

I want to submit an abstract, what are my next steps?

Information on abstract submission can be found here. The deadline for submitting abstracts is August 27, 2021.

 

How do I know if I am eligible for a discount to the meeting?

All SVIN members receive discounted registration, which is automatically available during the registration process if your dues are up to date. World Bank A & B countries receive discounts as well. When will I receive my CME hours after the meeting?

After filling out an evaluation and claiming CME, a certificate will be e-mailed to you directly. Our CME provider will report your credits to the medical board to ensure you receive credits. If you have any questions about reporting – please reach out to our CME provider directly - Brian Mozelak at bmozelak@cine-med.net

 

Am I eligible to claim CME for attending the meeting?

Yes, all REGISTERED attendees will be submitted to our CME provider and eligible to claim CME. Attendees will be able to claim CME after the meeting concludes.

 

I'm a fellow, do I have to attend the Fellows Course?

All fellows-in-training are highly encouraged to attend the in-person fellows course on Saturday, November 20, 2021.

 

I don't see my name when attempting to claim CME, what should I do?

Attendees that register after November 14, 2021 should allow up to 7 business days for their name to appear when claiming CME.

 

What is your cancellation policy?

Attendees who wish to cancel their registration should submit a written request to meetings@svin.org be September 30, 2021. Cancellation requests after this date will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. 

 

Do I need to be a member of SVIN to register for the SVIN Hybrid Annual Meeting?

No, SVIN welcomes all attendees, regardless of membership status, however, additional benefits and discounts are given to SVIN members. Visit www.svin.org/membershipinformation to become a member and learn more about our benefits.
