Maintenance of Certification (MOC) credits

In order to obtain MOC credits, the ABPN requires that you take a post-test at the completion of the SVIN Annual Meeting to measure the change in knowledge. 

This is optional but in order to participate, you must CLICK HERE to take this.  The ABPN will keep the list of participants that have completed the exams and participated in the conference and will have this information on file in case you are ever audited. 

How to Claim Self-Assessment Credits 
Claiming CME is as easy as 1-2-3:

1. Access the SVIN 2018 Annual Meeting Evaluation by using the following link:  https://akhcme.com/akhcme/pages/svin
2. Complete the evaluation of sessions attended.
3. After you hit submit, an electronic copy will be emailed to you for your records.
